Dr. Jonathan Hodor is a board-certified physician with over 17 years of clinical experience in Obstetrics & Gynecology and Maternal–Fetal Medicine, along with more than 5 years of focused leadership in aesthetic medicine, regenerative, and integrative health services.
Dr. Hodor has held multiple senior medical leadership roles, including Medical Director of RNR Aesthetics & Potomac Performance in Bethesda, Maryland, where he provided comprehensive medical oversight across aesthetic, wellness, and regenerative service lines. His responsibilities included establishing and maintaining clinical protocols, supervising advanced practice providers, conducting quality assurance and chart review, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulatory requirements.
He currently serves as Medical Director for RNR Regenerative Therapeutics, a specialized organization focused on evidence-informed metabolic health, hormone optimization, and regenerative care models. In this role, Dr. Hodor emphasizes patient safety, standardized treatment frameworks, provider education, and responsible clinical innovation.
Previously, Dr. Hodor served as Assistant Medical Director of Maryland Perinatal Associates, supporting physician leadership, multidisciplinary team coordination, and high-acuity clinical oversight in maternal–fetal medicine.
Dr. Hodor is committed to partnering with medical practices dedicated to intentional aging, patient-centered care, and ethical growth. As a medical director, he provides clinical governance, provider supervision, and strategic guidance designed to support high-quality outcomes, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practice development.
